With a PhD in Nursing Science from George Washington University and certification as both a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB), Dr. Beebe brings a unique blend of academic rigor and operational excellence to her consulting work. Her experience includes successfully establishing and leading a 10,000 sq. ft. hospital-based simulation center to full accreditation in under three years, demonstrating her ability to drive results efficiently and effectively.

 

Dr. Beebe's expertise spans multiple domains, including:

As a published author, podcast host, and frequent conference presenter, Dr. Beebe actively contributes to advancing the field of healthcare simulation. Her work has been recognized through numerous awards and honors, including being named one of Delaware's Most Influential People in Healthcare, Delaware Today's Top Nurses, Delaware Woman of Impact for the American Heart Association, and receiving the prestigious NLN/ENRS Dissertation Award.

 

Currently serving on Laerdal Medical's Patient Safety Advisory Board as Chair, Dr. Beebe remains at the forefront of innovation in healthcare simulation and patient safety. Her mission is to transform healthcare delivery through evidence-based solutions that directly improve patient outcomes and system performance.

 

Dr. Beebe lives in Lewes, DE with her middle school sweetheart and husband, Matthew, and their two boys, Andrew and Kirk and their dog, Roger. They enjoy traveling and spending their summers by the water.
